Upcoming issue of VetScan

The new issue of VetScan will cover the theme of "One Health", in the past four decades almost 90% of emerging humand diseases have had animal origins. The WHO estimates at least 60% of prevelent infectious diseases are of zoonotic origins. The COVID-19 outbreak has set a classical example before us as to how an animal virus in the right (or wrong) environment can lead to a humand pandemic.
